Sam Sadigursky (born April 17, 1979) is a saxophonist, multi-reedist, and composer currently residing in Brooklyn, New York. Sam studied jazz at William Paterson University, and has played with the Mingus Orchestra, Gabrial Kahane, Darcy James Argue, Ray Brown, and Brad Mehldau. Sam is perhaps best known for his song cycles, fusing poetry and jazz music, The Words Project i (2007), ii (2008), and iii (2010), released on New Amsterdam Records.[1]
